Johnson & Johnson is looking for a Demand Planning Manager.
Job responsibilities:
Leads the demand planning activities for Essential, Skin portfolio.
Directs and ensures that appropriate planning tools are compliant with corporate policies and employees are trained to operate in them.
Identifies expectations with customers and creates processes to effectively meet them.
Develops strong relationships with internal teams, particularly: sales, marketing, trade marketing, deliver and finance.
Drives customer collaboration programs.
Provides leadership and guidance on the demand and supply planning processes that drive cost-effective stock availability.
Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate courses of action.
Responsible for Regional Demand Planning staff as well as respective information systems that generate a statistical forecast for all products categories.
Builds effective relationships and partnerships with key suppliers as well as internal / external client groups.
Contributes in new processes development to secure compliance, support business growth and maximize effective utilization of planning resources.
Job requirements:
University / Bachelor Degree Required.
Supply Chain experience in health care industry (Min. 3-5 yrs managerial role experience).
Manufacturing / MRP process management experience.
Knowledge of project management and governance methodologies (FPX certification as a plus).
Excellent written and spoken English is essential.
Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills.
Excellent collaborator; strong on partnering, stakeholder management and effective communication skills at all levels of the org.
Strategic planning capability.
Ability to provide direction and leadership in complex and challenging situations.
