Coca-Cola CCI is looking for a Demand Planning Executive.
Responsibilities:
- Generating monthly sales volume target aligned with RGM & Finance & Sales team
- Critical/min/max stock days calculations
- Pre-season advanced stocking volume need is calculated in order to sustain product availability in case of any capacity constraints during peak season
- Managing Distributor Replenishment Process indicators
- Weekly rolling Company & Market volume targets in order to revise supply and deployment plans
- Setting volume allocation prioritization rules in case of any limited supply and getting aligned with related parties
- Highlighting gaps in the demand and supply plan and make sure that necessary actions are taken by related stakeholders
- Managing monthly S&OP process, with the aim is to integrate supply chain with customer oriented marketing plans and commercial actions in order to eliminate sales loss and increase product availability and profitability with participation of RGM, Marketing, Finance, Sales, Supply Planning, Demand Planning and Customer Supply Chain teams
Requirements:
- University degree
- At least 5 years of professional experience in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Delivery & Logistics Planning, Excess Planning
- English – Upper Intermediate
- Analytical skills, detail oriented excellent excel skills
- Knowledge of Power Query and Power BI would be an asset
- Good communication skills
- Capability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
