Position Overview:
The role of the Demand Generation Manager reports to the Senior Manager, Demand Generation – EMEA Emerging, who is based at regional headquarters in Dubai, UAE. You will be responsible for implementing and optimizing lead generation programs in Russia and the greater CIS territory to increase regional billings. You will collaborate and work closely with industry marketing teams, sales leaders, analytics & reporting, marketing operations and web publishing to ensure execution across various campaign activities.
This role requires someone who can collaborate across functions, build relationships, but also have the courage to challenge the status quo when necessary.
Main Responsibilities:
Marketing strategy and execution:
- Devise annual marketing strategies to achieve demand generation targets and KPIs
- Align with sales leadership to define local go-to-market plans
- Connect with Autodesk corporate marketing strategy teams to guide the local marketing strategy and planning
- Own the distribution and reconciliation of local marketing budgets
- Work cross-functionally with other Autodesk marketing groups to ensure optimal implementation of various marketing materials within demand generation programs
- Build and maintain a collaborative relationship with field and Inside Sales managers and agents, obtaining qualitative feedback on campaign performance, suggesting ideas and opportunities to improve programs or tactics
- Maintain accurate and actionable understanding of accounts within your portfolio and action plans for additional account insights or contact data quality
- Collaborate with the ABM Practice team who are responsible for the optimization of the prioritized programmatic campaigns and ensure alignment about the analysis of the campaign reporting.
Reporting and insights:
- Track, analyze and optimize lead generation programs and events, report on funnel metrics and contribution to sales billings
- Track and analyze digital program effectiveness to determine ROI and prioritize resources
- Constantly research and find creative lead generation channels, properties, communities and technology to drive more qualified leads and segment them to optimize results
Minimum Qualifications:
- BA, BS or equivalent degree in Marketing or equivalent work experience
- 7+ years’ experience in B2B SaaS demand generation/field marketing experience, account-based marketing specific knowledge and skills, as well as interfacing with sales
- Native Russian speaker. Strong spoken and written English
- Extremely strong interpersonal skills. Able to build personal networks and prioritize their efforts in a rapidly evolving environment
- Some domestic and international travel will be required

- Analytical thinker with experience analyzing, interpreting and reporting key marketing and sales metrics across systems
- Experience in account-based marketing is desired, but not required
- Experience in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, or Construction) or manufacturing industries are desirable, but not required
