В команду Gett нужен еще один амбициозный коллега, который займет в компании должность Delivery Head of Account Management Department.

 

Key Responsibilities

Fulfillment of department targets to develop and retain existing corporate clients
Strategic development and operational management of the department
Employee development and motivation
Optimization of business processes, improving the efficiency of the unit
Leading in solving the most complex cases of retaining and developing Key and Mega customers
Participation in the formation of development strategy at Gett Delivery
Business data analysis and monthly reporting

 

Required Skills and Experience

Background in managing Sales and \ or Development of existing clients
Experience in managing KAMs
Previous experience in Tech and \ or e-commerce companies will be an advantage
Hires and retains A Players. Coaches people to improve performance, and prepares them for further roles
Plans, organizes, schedules and budgets efficiently: knows how to sequence projects, balance quick wins vs. long-term investment appropriately
Knows how to get 80% of the value with 20% of the effort. Do so repeatedly, launching more and achieving compounding effects for the product or business
Inspires to listen to and follow a vision. Drive people towards new ideas with tenacity. Communicates in an inspiring way
Able to structure and process qualitative or quantitative data and draw insightful conclusions from it. Uses data to follow up — analyzes and evaluates performance of executed projects and features to prioritize and determine what should improved.
