Leading sports business media and events provider SportsPro is searching for Delegate Sales Executive.
About the job and the work:
Fundamentally, this job is about solving problems and creating opportunities for people company should be partnering with at their events and through company`s media channels. It is about working with company`s events and editorial teams to help clients develop their narrative to the sports industry. You will need to be both a sales person and an account manager
This is not a KPI-driven role, but you are primarily responsible for the revenue you bring into the business. As such, you will be measured on this
You will report to and have the support of our Head of Delegates

You are not someone who requires weekly or monthly KPI’s. As an experienced sales professional you set KPI’s for yourself as a basis for your pipeline

About pay and benefits:
The base salary and job title for this position will be dependent on your relevant experience. Your additional commission is dependent on the size of the deals you win, the length of the commercial relationships you sign and the number of new clients you bring in
Financial incentives are probably not your only drivers. Company works with all team members on additional non-financial incentives that are specific drivers for them
