Renaissance Heavy Industries carrying out the heavy industry projects in all leading sectors: hydrocarbons, power, metallurgy, and mining, as well as processing plants, in Russia. In cooperation with its sister companies and through strategic partnerships, RHI provides engineering, procurement, construction, operation and management services for large-scale projects.
Database Section Chief Job Description:
- Using VBA, SQL coding & similar software to run data queries
- Maintaining data integrity & updation in a timely manner
- Ensuring the proper sorting & organizing of databases
- Adhering & coordinating with the Technical Office, Design & Field Engineering team to ensure that the database is fully complied with the project specification & procedure requirements
- Adhering to Client data guidelines
- Transforming or transferring data upon request
- Maintaining data on storage devices such as servers, flash drives & other external devices
- Performing data requests in a timely manner
- Preparing data, Attending for meetings & presentations with CTR & CPY
- Communicating data reports & project weekly/daily status to the Clients
- Ensuring data is adequately backed up
- Assisting & guiding the operators with data entry methods
- Resolving the data/coding compilation errors whenever encountered
Database Section Chief Requirements:
- Degree in information systems or related field
- Experience with database administration
- Proficiency with database languages such as MS Access, VBA, SQL, MySQL
- Analytical mindset
- Attention to detail
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Excellent written & verbal communication in English, Russian
- Good interpersonal skills
