Mars Pet Nutrition Russia is looking for a Data Management Head who will be responsible for enterprise data governance and master data management program, for the development of enterprise data policies, standards, and data processes to enable business teams to leverage data as strategic asset, while maintaining its integrity and quality.
You will do:
Design and implement policies and procedures used to lead user identities and regulate user access across Mars Pet Nutrition
Lead the strategy, management and alignment to Access Management concepts and behaviors across all data and analytics solutions
Utilize deep knowledge of the data needs/requirements and expand business understanding to determine effective solutions to data governance and access management challenges
Lead the strategic vision, roadmap, and execution for Master Data Management (MDM) and Data Quality to improve the completeness, consistency, and accuracy of data across key systems and all master data domains
Establish and maintain the Master Data platform (business and functional configurations) and processes to synchronize data across systems. Partner with IT colleagues to drive technical enhancements and support
Develop and manage performance and quality metrics to ensure compliance with operations and data related policies, standards, roles, responsibilities, and adoption requirements
Lead the strategic vision, roadmap, and execution for Self-Service BI and Data Source Integration process
We expect:
5+ years of related and progressive experience in Data Management, Data Governance, and Data Quality management, knowledge of FMCG field is a plus
Experience using Azure cloud computing services: Azure Data Lake, Databricks, Data Catalog, etc.
Strong understanding of data management processes (governance, quality, metadata, privacy)
Experience with of data management tools (DG / DQ tools) — Informatica, Collibra, SAS, IBM, etc.
Knowledge of DMBOOK / existing methodologies and approaches in the field of Data Governance
Upper-Intermediate or Fluent English (spoken and written)
