EINEKEN Russia is looking for Data Governance Lead to manage data streams in within business projects in the company.
If you are ready:
Design data strategy roadmap, assign parties involved, capabilities needed;
Define ownership of data, across data policies, data standards, data assets and data architecture;
Align data roadmap with Key stakeholders and build it in the common roadmap / strategy;
Lead data streams in within business projects;
Promote and assure data compliance to HEINEKEN data standards;
Monitor project data incompliances, deliver improvement plans and control their performance.
And you have:
Higher education;
Data governance and data principles knowledge and proven execution experience;
Proven experience to deliver sustained results / projects in a dynamic and fast-paced environment;
Multi-tasks manager, leadership and change management skills;
Good communication skills in cross-functional teams;
Fluent English.
