Job Description:
- To take a role of key contact of BU Russia-KAZBEC for Veeva Vault as a member of EAME Local Operations Network, providing local users with appropriate technical support, making sure that they are well trained and data quality KPIs are achieved
- To represent Regulatory team of BU Russia-KAZBEC on the monthly meetings of the EAME Local Operations Network and communicate all updates to Veeva users of BU
- To coordinate digitalization of the regulatory labels within the TEAL project by taking part in developing of country specific templates, training users, being a key contact for both BU and global project team
- To coordinate work on the regulatory budget, track changes, communicate them to all stakeholders
- To keep all project management and information tools on the Smartsheet and SharePoint platforms updated and administer them
- To manage data quality and associated improvement activity to ensure that data quality (such as accuracy, validity, reliability, etc.) is achieved
Qualifications:
- Biological or agricultural education is a key
- English level proficiency allowing to maintain correspondence and actively participate in meetings with English speaking audience (upper intermediate)
- Basic knowledge about plant protection products and understanding of their lifecycle within the Russian registration process will be an advantage
- Advanced user of MS Office with practical experience in operating the Microsoft 365 environment
- A deep insight of the role of data in the regulatory processes, an interest in data management and a clear understanding of the importance of data quality
- Ability to adapt to a new data management way of working in a changing environment
- The desire to study digital solutions and be a role model of their successful use
- Ability to work effectively both individually and in a team
- Good communication skills
