WeLoveNocode is searching for a superstar Customer Support Lead, who will be in charge of effective communications and support of customers to ensure all customer needs and expectations are met.
What You'll Do:
- Maintains a positive and professional demeanor portraying the company in a positive light
- Collect feedback, troubleshoot, and resolve client problems and non-standard situations
- A drive to dig into the details of the process to solve customer problems
- Work with internal teams, coordinating and communicating in order to resolve customer issues
- Manage a team
- Prepare reports and maintain metrics
What You'll Bring:
- Fluent English
- Experienced at Hubspot
- 2+ years of Customer Support experience as a Team Lead
- Demonstrated experience working directly with customers to resolve issues in a timely manner
- Proven success in a fast-paced support environment
- Strong ability to take initiative and confidently direct customer interactions
