WeLoveNocode is searching for a superstar Customer Support Lead, who will be in charge of effective communications and support of customers to ensure all customer needs and expectations are met.

 

What You'll Do:

  • Maintains a positive and professional demeanor portraying the company in a positive light
  • Collect feedback, troubleshoot, and resolve client problems and non-standard situations
  • A drive to dig into the details of the process to solve customer problems
  • Work with internal teams, coordinating and communicating in order to resolve customer issues
  • Manage a team
  • Prepare reports and maintain metrics 

 

What You'll Bring:

  • Fluent English
  • Experienced at Hubspot
  • 2+ years of Customer Support experience as a Team Lead
  • Demonstrated experience working directly with customers to resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Proven success in a fast-paced support environment
  • Strong ability to take initiative and confidently direct customer interactions
