Alibaba is looking for a Customer Service Product Manager.
Job description:
Deep understanding of Russian e-commerce industry, preferably with practical operational experience in customer service area;
Responsible for customer service product planning and program design, with at least 2 years of implementation work experience;
Improve the buyer / seller’s satisfaction rate as the goal.
Requirements:
Strong understanding of Product Management with extensive hands-on experience of applying relevant practices through the whole product development lifecycle;
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience;
Have more than 3 years experience in customer service products or work in the e-commerce industry;
Experience in multi-cultural environment is preferred;
Optimistic, self-motivated;
Be fluent in English language, and with Chinese language ability is preferred.
