LEGO is searching for a Customer Planning Manager.
Core responsibilities:
- Lead operational agenda for E-commerce channel:
- Accumulate assumptions, trends, and marketing efforts to maintain high accuracy of Sell-In and Sell-Out planning (on account and SKU level).
- Collaborate with KAMs in the team to integrate their inputs and customer knowledge into the Flow planning.
- Prepare recommendations for Launch and In-season shipments.
- Ensure high level of operational important metrics.
- Operationally support Account Managers and Customers. Recommend order quantities to defend maximum availability of products.
- Negotiate changes in customer orders with internal and external collaborators to maintain acceptable level of Product Stock.
- Support Account and Marketing Managers with deep analysis of customer performance and relevant reports.
- Collect and use inputs from Marketing team to order enough Product and prepare for key occasions.
- Play your part in our team succeeding.
- The individual will join E-commerce Sales team of Russia & CIS. This team is responsible for Consumer Sales growth through partnership with online retailers.
Requirements and qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in Analytic area (Demand Planning, Mathematical modelling area).
- Highly developed soft skills.
- Nice to have:
- University degree in IT / Maths / Science.
- Thorough knowledge of mathematical forecasting techniques and ability to choose the right one for the task.
- Proficient user of Power BI and Excel (including DAX and VBA).
- Basic+ knowledge of Project Management methods or hands-on experience of partner management.
- Languages
- Intermediate level of written and spoken English.
- Fluent in Russian.
