DiDi is currently looking for a Customer Experience Product Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Produce mockups and define solutions;
Guide multifunctional, multicultural and high performance teams;
Organize and prioritize backlogs and road maps;
Test and analyse solutions;
Define, track and improve OKRs;
Influence stakeholders on a global scale;
Help DiDi in the creation of a customer centric culture.
Requirements:
Strong analytical skills (yup, you are going to deal with a ton of data);
Experience with Digital Products (APIs, interfaces, features);
Experience with agile methodologies (the waterfall model is dead for DiDi);
Open to change (the only constant on DiDi is that the company is always changing);
Fluent Business English (it is global so this one is mandatory);
Fluent Business Mandarin (if you have you will be a great candidate).
