Company is looking for a Customer Experience Director who will be responsible for create a customer experience management system in inDrive.
Range of tasks:
- Development and implementation of the CX strategy
- Identification of key indicators and setting goals for customer experience considering the goals of other departments and product indicators
- Creation and management of strategic projects and CX initiatives based on qualitative and quantitative research, evaluation of the results of these projects
- Implementation of the NPS system (Net Promoter System)
- Using Customer Journey methodology and service design technology (Design thinking, Jobs-to-be-done, etc.) to evaluate current and develop new customer scenarios
- Building a user testing system: developing prototypes, conducting research and evaluating the results
- Building a client-centered corporate culture
Company expects:
- Fluent English
- Experience in building a CX management system in B2C industries with large customer bases (more than million)
- Experience in building effective cross-functional interaction (ability to negotiate, convince and defend important decisions for the client)
- Background in digital and tech, knowledge of the basics of product management
- Data driven decisionmaking
- Project management experience
- Proficiency in basic CX methodologies: NPS, Design thinking, Jobs-to-be-done, etc.
- Super cool interpersonal skills
- Willingness to business trips
- Willingness to relocate to Cyprus
