McDonald’s is looking for a Culture and Digital Change Lead.
Main tasks:
- Leads digital capability development through:
- Development of target capabilities model and delivery plan
- Defining career paths & training programs per digital capability
- Running surveys to measure increment
- Defines cultural and communication agenda e.g. controls cultural transformation execution roadmap, setups internal and external meetings, runs controls Digital Digest agenda
- Supports change management in complex initiatives with heavy people related impact
- Spreads change methodology across the organization though:
- Preparation and running trainings
- Coaching Function Portfolio Managers on methodology
- Collects feedback and adapts approved change methodology to the changing environment (e.g. adapts templates to new project types, changes scoring matrix etc.)
Necessary knowledge and experience:
- Experience in implementation of change management tools/methodologies:
- Change impact assessment
- Change readiness assessment
- Knowledge and skill management
- Stakeholder management
- Communication
- Transformational project experience (large scale M&A, ERP implementation, org. design or similar)
- Agile environment work experience (preferable)
- Prosci certificate would be an advantage
- Strategy consulting 3+ years (preferable)
