Minimum 3 years in a similar role in marketplaces like Amazon, Ozon, Yandex market, Alibaba, Wildberries etc and 10 years in IT in total.
Experience of developing high-performing teams.
Best practices of managing marketplace development with a passion for UX, Technology and Documentation.
Experience with managing full-stack software teams, coding is not required.
