Zing Coach is an interactive mobile app that makes it possible for everyone to benefit from truly customized workout programs, individualized coaching, and immediate feedback.
Main focus:
Develops technical aspects of the company's strategy to ensure alignment with its business goals
Manages staff and assigns tasks to engineering and technical personnel
Monitors progress against project schedules and budgets; recommends allocation of resources as required to accomplish goals
Responsible for interviewing, hiring, and training employees
Leads teams in the development of new products, solutions, and processes
Assures that processes meet quality and safety compliance guidelines
Be a part of an Agile-based and distributed team (Munich/Warsaw/Kyiv)
Be a part of Palta's community of engineers (talents from MSQRD, Prisma Labs, Flo Health, VOIR, Wanna, etc.)

Company expects that you have:
Proven experience in an executive-level technology leadership position
Strong engineering background, expert-level knowledge of sector technology and processes
Experience building and leading world-class software development teams and processes
A well-developed sense of strategy and the ability to communicate and inspire others to follow
Personnel and project management skills
Proficiency in using presentation software to explain complex information to non-technical management personnel and other stakeholders
Self-starter who can take ownership of projects from concept to release
Startup experience as a plus
English B2+
Beneficial skills:
Preferably, a degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering or a related field
Highly interested in a fast-paced software development environment
