Responsibilities:
- Development of a strategy for the company's technological development and determination of its technological direction. Implementation of a technology development strategy agreed with the CEO
- Definition and management of technology projects, including planning, budget and resource management, quality control and project deadlines
- Research and analysis of new technologies and trends in the industry to ensure the company's competitiveness in the long term
- Constant analysis and improvement of development efficiency in general
- Ensuring interoperability of technology solutions and systems, as well as their scalability and sustainability
- Assessment of technological risks and development of plans for their management
- Managing and developing technical teams, including hiring, training and motivating staff, as well as defining roles and responsibilities within the team
- Working with PMO to develop and manage software development processes and methodologies, including the selection and implementation of Agile and DevOps methodologies
- Definition and management of the company's technological infrastructure, including the selection of technological solutions, tools and systems necessary for business development and support
Important for company:
- Experience in Fintech and Banking, large companies that work with international payment systems
- Experience in information systems design and infrastructure building
- Experience in developing technical strategies and plans for project implementation
- Experience in accelerating and improving the quality of development through the introduction of new technologies and tools
- Successful experience in implementing projects to improve the efficiency of processes using modern tools
- Experience in building development processes and inter-team interaction
- Experience in building, managing, and developing teams
- English level Upper-Intermediate and above
