Google is seeking a Cross-Google Partner Manager, Partnerships Solutions, Gaming.
In this role, within the EMEA Partnerships Solutions team, you'll be strategic, forward-thinking, problem solving. You will help us address the challenges we face in the Gaming industry and in Russia. Most of the projects and initiatives that you will work on will span across multiple functions, including Partnerships and Products teams.
Responsibilities:
Be a trusted advisor to Google teams who are key for driving progress with Gaming Priority Partners, and collaborate across teams to structure opportunities and projects into joint visions, goals, and business plans.
Develop an understanding of Google’s activities with Gaming Priority Partners and the industry in Russia, and identify holistic cross-functional opportunities across Google’s teams and products, get buy-in from internal/external stakeholders, and drive these projects to success.
Ensure that Gaming Priority Partners and local players in other key industries have visibility to Google Leadership and Product, aggregate and deliver partner asks and feedback to Google's Business and Engineering teams, and utilize the insights gained to create narratives for Gaming and other key industries.
Initiate and develop holistic programmes and initiatives for Gaming and other key industries, addressing industry and consumer needs.
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
Experience in the Gaming industry.
Experience in the tech ecosystem in Russia.
Ability to write and speak in English and Russian fluently.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in executing complex, strategic, and operational initiatives.
Ability to influence in order to drive progress and commitment, working with a wide variety of stakeholders.
Demonstrated emotional intelligence, with the ability to cultivate close working relationships with key leaders internally and externally.
Ability to deal with ambiguity, to solve complex problems, and to scale effectively across a large and highly distributed organization.
Demonstrated program and partner management skills.
Excellent problem solving and analysis skills, combined with impeccable business judgment.
