Yum! Brands is looking for a CRM manager (Direct Marketing/Personalization).
Responsibilities:
Scope and launch new features for our CRM products
Define a roadmap for CRM product domain based on a multitude of inputs
Motivate a dedicated engineering and design team to deliver against key milestones
Partner directly with our customers and the business development team to ensure success
Drive CRM products, tools and concepts, such as Campaign Management, Segmentation, Campaign Automation
Change exposure to consumer data platforms
Setup digital marketing technologies such as social tools, loyalty programs, and clienteling technologies
Ensure design of solution features includes data architecture, user interface and user experience
Coordinate sign-offs, verifying with user representatives / stakeholders that use cases accurately portray specific business needs
Supervise Product development and testing, manage dependencies across departments and ensure on-time and within-budget delivery
Build a Proof of Concepts
Manage business stakeholder communication with the proper level of detail
Organize training sessions for IT and Business users, as needed
Facilitate transition to support teams
Required Skills & Experience:
3+ years of CRM products management experience
Extensive experience managing the product development process
Effective communicator to both internal and external stakeholders
Experience in lead visualization tools such as Tableau, Qlik Sense
Strong knowledge in traditional marketing KPIs such as CLV, A&P Spend, COCA, and email marketing performance
Bonus Qualifications:
Experience with SQL and experience with Analytical Tools (Appsflyer, Google Analytics etc.) is a big plus
Experience with technical tools integration (SDK, setting up end-to-end analytics etc.)
Prior knowledge of the QSR and revenue cycle management space.
