MY.GAMES is a leading European publisher and developer headquartered in Amsterdam, with over one billion registered users worldwide. The company creates and publishes games for PC, consoles, and mobile devices.
Has more than a dozen game development studios united under MY.GAMES, as well as MGVC, a global game investment company. The global MY.GAMES and MGVC partner network comprises over 40 studios.
What you’ll do:
- Manage the full cycle of advertising creatives production
- Formulate and optimize production processes
- Track trends in advertising creatives market
- Motivate and manage the creatives production team
- Generate new ideas and scenarios, deliver feedback during the production process, analyze creatives efficacy
- Interact with both product teams and outsourced staff
What you need to succeed:
- A portfolio
- At least 2 years experience in a relevant position in the gaming industry
- Knowledge of advertising material effectiveness metrics, and the ability to analyze them
- Broad visual experience in mobile games, understanding of game mechanics
- English at an intermediate level (or higher)
Nice to have:
- Experience with analytical tools
- Passion for the mobile gaming industry
- Readiness to work with new tools and pipelines for advertising creatives production
