Responsibilities
Oversee 360 creative on large creative campaigns and projects involving the development of ideas and right through to execution.
Experience directing creatives for films, digital, social, OOO, DOOH and print.
Work collaboratively to develop compelling creative solutions that align with the strategic brief
Work with internal and external teams as creative partners
Be a stewart of TikToks brand guidelines by adhering to technical specs and best practices
Continually raise the bar for creative excellence
Be an active contributor to creative brainstorms, with the ability to shift from concept to execution very quickly
Demonstrate creative thought leadership, keeping ahead of trends and providing proactive inspiration and recommendations.
Qualifications
7+ years work experience as an art director, creative, ACD, CD or related position
Ability to conceptualize across a broad range of creative projects including brand campaigns, activations, creative partnership solutions etc
Strong knowledge of the region and grasp on culture, with a keen understanding of what is relevant, and an eye for upcoming trends
Language requirements: Native in Russian, along with good communication skills in English
Ability to pitch creative solutions in response to marketing strategies
Demonstrate keen knowledge of TikTok and the TikTok community
Must understand and be able to comply with brand identity & guidelines
Ability to learn and apply new knowledge and skills quickly, in a fast-paced work environment
Attention to detail and accuracy with the ability to self-manage time and output
Must be resilient and be able to perform under pressure, delivering high-quality work against tight deadlines
Must be dependable, positive, and open-minded, and be able to clearly communicate both verbally and visually
Design, art direction or video editing experience preferred
