Clarus is an international fintech company, a financial aggregator. With the help of any product of the company, the user can exchange any money and transfer it to anywhere in the world. The financial ecosystem includes services for both B2B and B2C clients: payment system, multi-acquiring, multi-currency wallet.
Products work with all types of money, currencies, cryptocurrencies and payment systems in the world. They have their own patented blockchain development.
CPO area of responsibility:
Strategy, planning, goal setting:
Form a product vision: development of a product strategy, RoadMap and economic calculations. Protect the chosen strategy in front of the founder (aka CEO);
Define short-term and long-term goals for the team, maintain focus, monitor results;
Together with analysts, identify product metrics and prioritize them.
Team:
Transform teams in product areas;
Form a strong product expertise in the team, focus teams on the goals of their products;
Implement a management system/methodology in the product direction (we are ready to change priorities, historically established “patterns”, but it is important to justify them after the audit).
Processes:
Organize the processes of collecting the necessary data and finding effective solutions, testing hypotheses and prioritization;
Organize interactions (transparency and information exchange) of all product units + product teams with other departments of the company.
The company is looking for a CPO:
- With successful experience in launching products with a large audience (from 1 million users) as a CPO;
- Priority is given to fintech candidates;
- Experience as a Product manager, Product owner or Business Analyst is required;
- With successful management experience, competencies in creating teams of different specialists (products, analysts, marketers, designers, developers, testers, etc.);
- Understanding the principles of product, web analytics;
- Expertise in Agile methodology;
- English - C1/C2;
- Systematic thinking and responsibility for the result.
Conditions:
- Salary + bonus + option + relocation to the UAE office;
- VHI after IS;
- Deferment from conscription;
- Preferential mortgage 5% (the company is included in the register of accredited IT companies in the Russian Federation);
- Registration: Labor Code of the Russian Federation or legal in Dubai;
