Job description:
- Company is looking for an energetic communicator who can help businesses in Russia to understand their international partners and customers

- You’ll be providing face-to-face coaching for our clients in Moscow and St Petersburg. Your role is to give them the skills and confidence to do business abroad, but this is a management position and you will also be designing courses and overseeing the other coaches who deliver them
- On a typical day, you’ll give two 90-minute coaching sessions that address the particular communications needs of different companies. For example, a team might be relocating to the UK office, preparing for a conference in San Francisco, refining their sales pitches or producing a promotional video. For the managerial side of your role, you'll review the previous day's reports submitted by other coaches and the feedback submitted by learners, responding to any questions and then checking in directly with management at clients
You will have the following responsibilities:
- Finding, hiring and briefing the best English-language coaches for both full-time positions and part-time contracts
- Interviewing the management and HR departments of new clients to understand their requirements and create a framework for our work together
- Corresponding on a weekly basis with all of our coaches to monitor their performance and communicate feedback
- Managing the lesson schedule for all of our coaches and clients
- Overseeing assessments for new and existing clients
- Teaching a maximum of 65 hours of taught hours a month with bonuses for additional lessons
Requirements:
- Company is looking for someone who speaks English to the level of a native speaker and has a proven aptitude for teaching. The position is open to people whose native language is not English
- Candidates will be expected to hold a TEFL qualification, such as the CELTA, and show at least two years of experience of teaching English as a foreign language. Applicants without a teaching qualification will be considered if warranted by their experience and past achievements
- Candidates will be expected to provide examples of learners whom they’ve helped to make progress in English and references will be sought
- Candidates should have experience with designing English language courses
- Experience working directly with clients in a non-teaching environment is an advantage
