Duties and Responsibilities:

The key responsibility for this role is to develop and grow SATA hand tools and automotive equipment across whole of Russia Federation

 

Primary tasks –

1.           Develop and grow SATA hand tools and auto equipment  business in Russia Federation

2.           Provide leadership in the development and implementation of SATA brand building strategy.

3.           Lead and work closely with sales managers and existing importers/ distributors to ensure alignment with our SATA China/ Overseas Teams on mid/ long term growth objectives and commitment.

4.           Appoint/ add new customers, when needed, in respective region to expand market coverage for optimal sales returns.

5.           Increase sales by developing relationships with customers (distributors, dealers and key accounts), and by proactively developing new business leads. Be involved and take a hands-on role in the sales and distribution process.

 

Secondary tasks –

1.        Coordinate closely with SATA China/Overseas teams to formulate and implement SATA strategies. Keep team well informed of the market condition and development.

2.        Monitor and analyze market and customer activities to provide information for long term planning and business expansion.

3.        Join working with distributors/ dealers to develop sales & marketing programs in respective market and channel.

4.        Establish and maintain key contact with relevant government organizations, key customers and distributors to ensure a clear understanding of the end-user and market needs.

5.        Build and maintain close relationship with key customers in each channel and market.

6.        Be prepared/ ready to work/ supervise respective sales manager to grow ATG/ SATA business.

 

Key Deliverables and Measurements:

1.           Actual sales performance/ increase level

2.           Degree of success in develops POS/ dealers network/coverage.

3.           Build SATA brand awareness in Russia

4.           Degree of success in major sales/ promotion campaigns

5.           SATA brand’s market share/coverage in each channel

 

Key Competencies

  1. Expert knowledge of hand tools business in Russia market
  2. At least 10 years in sales, business development and/or marketing of hand tool or related industry.
  3. Proficient in Chinese and Russian languages, Knowledge of English is a big plus.
  4. Self- disciplined, highly integrity, mature, self-starter and able to work independently.
