Are you a high-energy, self-motivated individual who is excited about building a world-class travel brand in the EU markets? Trip.com is a rapidly growing OTA (online travel agency) and we are looking for a dynamic team member to drive our Russia marketing efforts.
Main Responsibilities
- To develop business in the local region and achieve sales target, responsibilities include:
- Define and execute marketing strategy for Russia markets, managing each market’s PnL
- Provide regional market intelligence to headquarter in Shanghai to influence global product and marketing direction.
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with regional Tourism Boards, airlines, hotels and other business development partners for joint promotions.
- Work closely with Trip’s global offices to collaborate on marketing or merchandising campaigns
- Support corporate business development in the region, including collaboration with HQ legal, HR, and admin functions.
Qualifications and Experiences Desired
- 5+ years of working experience, with 3+ years in travel industry in local region; managerial experience a strong plus
- Excellent ability in verbal and written English; strong presentation skills are a must
- Strong analytical skills, comfortable with Excel and preferably an analytics tool such as Tableau
- Familiar with travel products that will meet the target market customer behavior and preferences; product development and/or entrepreneurial experience would be a plus.
- Willing to travel when required.
