inDrive is looking for a dynamic and experienced Country Marketing Lead.
This role will focus on developing and executing localized marketing strategies for the Indonesian market, driving growth and brand awareness. As a key member of the team, the ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting and implementing campaigns tailored to the unique needs of Indonesia, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and analyzing market trends to ensure continued success.
Responsibilities:
- Consumer market analysis, geo choices
- Annual Marketing plans
- Acquisition and Retention approach
- Own Regional Budget planning and MAU CAC targets
- Define most effective Marketing mix by country or city Performance,
- Media, Car branding
- Manage product marketing CJM
- Product funnel analysis, hypothesis generation, tests execution
- Drive balanced Supply-Demand via 360 campaigns
- Drivers marketing planning and execution Brand development within local context
- Support Regional Partnerships and New channels
- Lead cross-teams alignment and projects execution at Regional level:
- All Marketing departments, PR, BD, Dops, Product
Qualifications:
- Marketing strategy development
- Business case calculation
- Project and People management experience
- Ability to plan Budget and Timelines
- Channels marketing mix development and validation
- Digital UA expertise in platforms and channels
- Analytical skills and data driven
- Knowledge how IT product and marketplace works
- Ride-Hailing/E-commerce or marketplace experience is a must
- AB testing mindset
- Brand and communication
- CRM tools and metrics
- Deep understanding of local marketing landscape
