A proactive and experienced Country Manager for Georgia will be responsible for launching, building, and growing the business in the country. The role involves overseeing all aspects of establishing the business, while closely collaborating with all cross-functional teams at the headquarters to ensure alignment and success in the new market.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- GMV (Gross Merchandise Value) growth in Georgia.
- Month-over-month growth.
- Increase in market share of Georgia relative to the overall company business.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in e-commerce, online retail, startups, or other relevant areas.
- Experience in launching and developing businesses in Georgia, with a deep understanding of the local market and business practices.
- Strong managerial skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Fluency in Georgian and English is required.
