- Noon is global company having operations in more than 7 countries across the world. Noon operates leading marketplace ecommerce platform and has scaled very rapidly as a household brand in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
- Noon Payments is fintech arm of noon group that aims to capture the next large market segment of digital payments which is booming in the middle east market. Noon Payments is a separate and independent business within noon and operates payment gateway & multiple other services. Company is looking to build key management team for the business in the Kingdom
What you’ll do:
As Operations Head for the payment gateway, you will be responsible building world class business operations for payment gateway business. Noon’s Payment Gateway operates in many GCC and NA countries and this role will lead small operations team with multi location.
Role & Responsibility:
- Build processes to onboard merchants
- Perform all procedures of onboarding, go-live and support of all the merchants across fintech platforms
- Manage merchant support and queries, disputes
- Build customer KYC process for physical verification
- Work with product and tech teams to build right tools to manage day to day operations
- Drive company culture within the team and mentor / grow the team members
- Work with Sales and internal support team to serve end to end merchant lifecycle
- Deliver merchant onboarding within agreed business TAT and lead automation of manual processes with product
- Manage expectations and liase with SAMA for reporting and business / license compliance updates
- Closely work with Risk and Compliance team to deliver fully compliant process
What you’ll need:
- Company is looking for a passionate, preferably fintech experienced, operations leader for payment gateway and country GM for KSA
- Being an MBA is must, with 6-8 years of working experience
- He/She must display excellent communication skills
- Having prior product/tech experience is preferred
