Eti is looking for a Country Manager (Russia).
The main goal:
Managing sales and business development processes in the countries under his / her responsibility, in accordance with ETİ’s export objectives
Duties:
Design and implement export strategy and trade marketing activities, develop and execute action plans to achieve the company’s sales goals
Carry out all sales and trade marketing activities within the area of responsibility
Manage existing distributors and customers of modern channels with assessment, ranking and benchmarking tools
Route to market and cost analysis
Search and evaluation of new distributors and modern trade channels
Analyze sales and inventory reports
Offer and conduct sales and promotion
Conducting market and competitor analysis, identifying opportunities and taking action
Collaborate with relevant departments to develop products suitable for country and channel
You are suitable if:
If you have a bachelor’s degree in related fields
If you have at least 3 years of experience in modern sales channels and business development in the confectionery industry
If you are desirably familiar with the legislation on export and foreign trade
If you are a Russian citizen or have a work permit in Russia
If you are fluent in Russian and English
Desirable:
Being analytical and result-oriented
Good communication and negotiation skills
Possibility of living in Moscow
No travel restrictions (within the country or abroad).
