Kemin is looking for a Country Manager Russia.
Responsibilities:
Develop market strategy.
Set the annual sales budget.
Develop appropriate sales strategy by customer and determine correct sales pathway (direct sales or indirect sales (distributors).
Develop network of effect distributors.
Plan the technical support needs to achieve the sales objectives in conjunction with technical sales manager.
Work with the technical service managers and sales managers to develop individual customer focused sales strategies.
Be responsible for the key accounts in the area.
Liaise with other KN/KFT/KAC colleagues to learn of successes/failures, new ideas, new products.
Develop corporate company image, though good service, attending conferences, providing presentations, etc.
Provide monthly report to the Manager.
Provide leadership, managerial support, coaching and mentoring, and strategic assistance staff to high performance level.
Responsible for achieving sales and margin budget for all products as per budget.
Responsible for development of new local customer base.
Responsible for implementing and maintaining distributor sales pathways.
Responsible for agreed key accounts.
Responsible for all aspects of customer portfolio management.
Responsible for meeting motivational and training needs of staff in area.
Responsible for the strategic planning and forecasting of the country.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in an animal science or agricultural related discipline preferably with some financial qualifications or experience.
Minimum 7 years sales experience in agrifood, related to feed & premix production, livestock breeding with at least 5 years in a management capacity.
A strong understanding of how a business operates and the successful candidate will have a proven track record demonstrating business acumen.
The Country Manager needs to be able to deliver the highest standards of customer service.
Excellent interpersonal and people-management skills. A servant leader who leads by example.
Must have both the sales skills and technical knowledge to coach the sales team to make presentations and lead customer discussions to advance the sales process.
Ability to recruit staff and monitor performance.
Must fully understand the products and services provided by the company.
Must be familiar with computer software programs eg. Word, Excel etc.
Possesses good communication skills including an acceptable verbal and written English ability and excellent networking skills.
