Responsibilities:
As country manager, candidate will be responsible for launching leading E-commerce French company from A to Z in Russia: developing the market strategy, identifying commercial opportunities, setting up the new website and recruiting the team. Based in the south of France, candidate will be working closely with global experts (Global Marketing, HR, Supply, Tech, Legal team). Candidate will have full responsibility of P&L (Russia).
Responsibilities:
1. Launching business-model in Russia (business development)
2. Managing operationnaly (growth)
3. Managing team and leadership
Qualifications/ Experience Requirements:
• Fluent in Russian and English! French is a plus but not a must
• Must have experience in e-commerce with good understanding of digital marketing and overall ecommerce dynamics
• In depth knowledge of working in Russia
• Proactivity, efficiency and entrepreneurial mindset
• Strategic vision with ability to translate commercial opportunities to a precise plan
• Ability to zoom out (strategic vision) and to zoom in (detailed-oriented)
• Strong ability to federate
• Analytical skills and strategic vision
