Diversey is the leading global pure play provider to the cleaning and hygiene industry for the institutional and food and beverage markets. Diversey is currently looking for a Country Leader.
Roles and responsibilities:
Business Growth:
Plan and execute strategy for exponential growth of the institutional business
Manage multiple revenue streams and create new revenue streams for Key Accounts, Global Accounts and Channels
Lead the development of short and long-term strategy and demonstrate active scaling of the business
Constant Creation / Up gradation / Refinement / Evolution of Our Value Proposition for the customer and in the process, ensure high share of wallet from the customer and profitability for the business
Review Marketing & Mobilization Plan on a regular basis to meet business requirements
Financial Acumen:
Profit and Loss Management: Defining, implementing and achieving the annual operating targets for revenue and gross profit for the Institutional Business
Stakeholder Management:
External – Be a custodian of relationships with existing customers, channel partners, and seek to create more long term strategic associations for the organization
Internal – Be a guide to navigate the team through the business expansion journey
Internal (Matrix) – serve as a liaison with the Global Accounts team, marketing and Supply chain in alignment and execution of the business strategy
Team Management:
Establish and manage high performing sales professionals and organize them as a cohesive & structured team to pursue a range of business opportunities over the short and long term goals
Build a culture of performance and open communication within the teams Compliance and SOP
Be the custodian of all standard operating protocols and commercial playbook to ensure ethical and sustainable business practices
Create a culture of continuous process improvement within the teams
Requirements and essential skills:
Experience in a leader position within complex organization, managing multiple teams
Strong technical and professional knowledge of value selling process, supply chain, marketing
Excellent organizational and team management skills that lead to business growth
Proven track record of digital solutions implementation to drive business results
Work experience in an international environment is essential
Fluent English, Fluent Russian (both written and spoken) essential
Ability to operate in complex markets with high level of management and leadership skills to facilitate visionary strategic planning and translate strategic direction into programs, services and people’s performance
An individual with the ability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
A self-starter who has demonstrated the ability to maintain a high level of enthusiasm and motivation
Extensive commercial and business acumen including deep knowledge of the market and industry in Russia
Adept and comfortable in a matrixed style of management.
