inDrive is looking for a strategic Country Lead with ride-hailing or mobility experience to drive business growth.
Must have expertise in Egypt market dynamics, financial management, and team leadership. Strong communication, and public representation skills are essential. Data-driven decision-making and crisis management experience are required.
Responsibilities:
- Holder of the country structure who connects all departments for regional growth and represents the company on the country level with external stakeholders
- Implement HQ stream strategy on the country level
Qualifications:
- Significant experience in management roles, preferably within the same industry
- Proven track record of business development and leadership in the country or region
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Strategic thinking with a deep understanding of the local market
- Financial acumen and ability to manage budgets
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
