Main Purpose:
- Leadership and development of the Country IT Team
- Manage and international and intercultural team and ensure motivation, productivity, creativity and staff management by appropriate recruiting, continuous performance feedback, determination of merits and bonuses, goal-oriented people development and living an open communication culture
- Giving strategic direction to deliver sustainable services
- Establish and ensure, that the LIFE 2.0 values are part of the Country IT Team behavior
- Ensure overall IT service delivery in CIS countries adhere to global frameworks and local legal/compliance requirements by working in an agile and virtual team
- Strong collaboration within global Group IT to ensure continuity of IT services
- Taking a leading role and act as an expert on certain topics
Key Working Relations (internal / external):
- All Infrastructure & Operations units
- All DT&IT units
- Country IT Managers (Peers in other countries)
- All Country Stakeholders (Country Leadership Teams, Sites leads etc.)
- Strategic IT Partners
- Local and global vendors and contract partners
- Scope (global, regional or local)
- Global – CIS countries focus (Russian Federation, Kazakhstan, Belarus, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Armenia, Uzbekistan)
Key Tasks & Responsibilities
- Orchestrate respective IT topics in assigned countries as part of global Group IT and align within the country with present DT&IT units and partners to ensure effective and efficient IT delivery.
- Delivery Management
- Ensure overall IT service delivery performance in countries adhering to global frameworks and local legal / compliance requirements
- Identify / manage improvement needs, complaints and escalations beyond country integration provider delivered services.
- Drive Local Application demand on a minimum level and ensure delivery / integration across functions and delivery models.
- Request Management
- Intake and manage country related cross platform non-standard IT requests and ensure appropriate handling and delivery
- Collect, properly address and oversee delivery of approved local IT investments of global responsible units<.ul>
- Implementation Management
- Contribute with country perspectives on cross platform IT service implementation projects to ensure feasibility and support needed
- IT Operations Management
- Ensure Delivery Orchestration cross all IT units and cross all countries for key integration processes
- Incident-/Problem-/Change-/Request-/Complaint Management.
- Ensure overall IT stability by managing operational change risks
Requirements:
- Relevant University degree in information science or equivalent
- 5+ years of relevant working experience and proven track record
- Profound business know-how in respective working area
- In-depth knowledge of information technology and/or infrastructure Knowledge and experience in digital transformation topics
- Proven leadership, motivational and interpersonal skills
- Excellent inter-cultural understanding and experience
- Strong communication skills, analytical, structural, and strategic skills
- Fluent in local language and English both written and spoken
