An international company owning manufacturing sites in Russia is looking for a Country Human Resources Manager.
Being a key HR Business partner within the Country you will contribute to the achievement of the company business objectives by providing professional support in all HR areas.
You will directly report to General Manager in Russia and functionally to Regional HRD in Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
· Being an integral member of the Leadership team to develop, align and adjust HR strategies to meet current and future business needs in Russia;
· Relationship management with business leaders;
· Develop corporate culture based on the Company’s values;
· Manage full cycle of HR processes (recruitment & on boarding; talent management & succession planning; L&D, performance management; C&B; labor safety, employee relations, internal communications and Employer branding, etc.) in Russia;
· Ensure that HR administration in the Company is compliant with all legal requirements;
· HR related budgeting;
· Lead HR and Administrative support teams.
Requirements:
· Higher University Degree, preferably in HRM;
· 7+ years HR management experience, 3+ years experience in HR BP / HR Generalist role with an international manufacturing company;
· Understanding of production environment;
· Excellent knowledge of Russian Labor code;
· Business acumen and Business partnership mindset;
· Familiar with the modern HR practices and understanding of how to implement them according to the business needs;
· Good leadership skills and people management experience.
· Maturity in order to drive changes through HR arena, problem-solver with hands on attitude;
· Ready to travel;
· Fluent English.
