The Role:
Developing together with entity top management people strategy for the company, executing in line with the business strategy, local and global policies of HRM
Acting as a strategic business partner to senior & middle managers: consulting, advising, coaching and partnering on people and organizational needs
Supporting business in the strategy implementation by helping to identify & prioritize people decisions, behavioral development actions, organizational changes
Recommending HR solutions, driving initiatives, implementing new processes or tools in support of business priorities, project operations and overall team engagement
Partnering with the business leaders in building talent pipeline in line with the company business strategy and relative development plans
Supervising and developing HR team and key HR functions
recruitment and selection process, supporting it operationally if needed based on volume or position seniority
HR administration and payroll outsourcing provider, fostering digitalization and overall efficiency of related processes
C&B practices development & implementation together with Head Office and entity top management
Establishing, building and maintaining strong relationships with HR colleagues in SG Russia and within SG Insurance business unit (HQ in Paris)
Management of projects defined in HR action plan and participation in functional and cross-functional change initiatives
Maintaining effective win-win working relationships with managers, employees and their representatives through an environment that fosters communication and cooperation
Continuously improving HR processes and ways of working to foster operational efficiency
Managing the HR team (4 FTEs)
Successfull candidate profile:
5+ years of experience in HR
3+ years of experience as HR leader in HRBP or Talent Development
Experience with multinational companies is preferred
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong cognitive skills
Drive and active attitude to work
Upper Intermediate English is a must
Strong MS Excel and MS PowerPoint skills
Active position in personal and professional development
