International well-known B2B company is looking for a Country Finance Manager (Russia) reporting to Finance VP in Europe.
Responsibility:
Coordinating preparation and monitoring of budget and revisions — 5-year plans, 1-year plans, Quarterly and monthly forecasts for the Group, including deeper investigation on marketing expenditures, CAPEX commitments, revenue, and margin fluctuations. PL, BS, and CF forecasting.
Providing management with business analysis of the Group performance, to review areas of focus and identifying key corrective actions that need to take place to drive improvements. Leading complex business analysis and financial modeling to provide recommendations on the best course of action.
Responsible for the IFRS reporting for the Group. Setting up reporting procedure for the companies of the Group — unified chart of accounts for the companies of the Group, deadlines, documents workflow, transformation models
Support business in identifying risks and issues and developing mitigation plans. Working on Brands profitability modeling and deep analysis of marketing activities by channels.
Coaching and supervising team (8 people).
Requirements:
Higher education;
Flexibility and team-working oriented;
Minimum 10 years’ experience in Controlling in multinational companies;
Management reporting standards;
Business drivers laying behind the figures;
Proven experience in business planning and analysis;
Proven experience with people and stakeholder management;
Proven customer service and financial/commercial orientation;
Advanced user of ERP systems SAP, Excel;
Advanced English.
