The company is looking for someone to lead the launch and growth of a new professional cosmetics line in Russia and CIS markets. This role includes planning, market entry, and promotion through various channels. You will start as an individual contributor and then build and manage a sales team, oversee operations, and ensure key performance targets are met. The goal is to grow market share with effective sales strategies, strong team leadership, and partner collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
Introduction and Development of Sales:
- Launch and grow a new professional cosmetics brand in Russia and CIS markets.
- Strategic planning, preparation, and execution of market entry.
- Develop a relevant road-to-market (RTM) strategy.
- Create and implement promotional strategies across all communication channels.
Team Management:
- Develop and implement a motivational model for the sales team.
- Form, train, and manage a sales team, including remote management.
Sales Operations:
- Operational management, sales planning, and performance monitoring.
- P&L management and control.
- Stock management and assortment planning.
- Achieve key performance indicators: sell-in, sell-out, stock control, and accounts receivable management.
Marketing and Trade Events:
- Participate in the development and organization of local and national trade marketing events and programs.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of these events to meet turnover and market share growth targets.
Partner Negotiations and Management:
- Conduct negotiations with partners.
- Ensure operational processes from contract signing to shipment.
Administrative Duties:
- Handle administrative tasks and documentation.
Qualifications:
- Proven leadership experience in sales as a National Commercial/Project Manager for at least 2 years, with a strong preference for experience in cosmetics sales.
- Experience in launching new brands is highly desirable.
- Higher education is required; additional sales-related courses or training are a plus.
- Experience in e-commerce sales is an advantage.
- Successful track record in negotiating with retailers and distributors.
- Experience in managing and motivating sales teams, including conducting training sessions.
- Ability to make independent decisions and work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Strong teamwork skills.
- Highly result-oriented, goal-driven, proactive, and possess strong analytical abilities.
