General responsibilities:
Strategic & Operational planning:
- Develop and deliver appropriate brand and operational plans
- Define brand programs with objectives, resources, KPIs and expected returns
- Work with field force and business unit lead to ensure to-market and in-market forecasts are aligned
Implementation:
- Lead successful implementation of cross-functionally aligned brand plans
- Lead, organize and deliver local programs and materials
- Effectively implement brand plans and materials developed by Regional marketing team, providing input and feedback to Regional marketing team
- Ensure local approval of all materials, programs and projects
- Coordinate with cross-functional team and FF, including gaining their input on brand plans and programs, providing appropriate responses to their feedback on brand materials and leveraging their market insights
- Brand knowledge training roll out: from induction to POA trainings
Market/customer insights:
- Participate in development of customer understanding, analysis and insight generation
- Develop deep knowledge of market dynamics, needs and opportunities for the brand
- Enable brand knowledge sharing
- Network and build relationships with KOLs and PAGs
Monitoring and control:
- Is responsible for management and measurement of overall investment and consequent returns, according to determined KPIs for assigned products
- Support achievement of KPIs through regular monitoring and assessments
- Respond to emerging challenges with appropriate measures
Collaboration:
- Lead the work of cross-functional team for assigned products
- Contribute to the work of cross-functional teams and collaborate across business to facilitate a cohesive approach to the marketing of products
- Participate in cross-functional team with responsibility for generation of brand insights, prioritization and balancing of brand programs and brand-related customer programs
- In partnership with sufficient functions, share knowledge of local dynamics and insights on the brand with Regional Brand Management to enable development of core programs/material
- Flag issues promptly with mitigation plan

- Status: existing products and upcoming launches
Qualification and experience:
- Higher education relevant to the role
- 5+ years of marketing experience in pharmaceutical business with focus on orphan diseases, specialty care, oncology or similar
- Solid experience in market access approaches and clear understanding of purchasing specific via address care, regional and federal reimbursement programs
- Advanced level of professional skills relevant for senior marketing role
- Strong personal accountability and agility
- Ability to travel and work offline
- Proficiency in Russian and English
