Pfizer is looking for a Country Brand Lead.

 

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Planning:

Strategic planning
Develop and deliver strategy for product, if local, aligned with Regional team, country and customer strategies

Operational planning
Develop and deliver appropriate brand plan based, if applicable, on Regional brand operating plan and aligned to relevant customer and country operating plans, working with cross-functional team
Define brand programs with objectives, resources, KPIs and expected returns
Support development of customer plans, identifying brand issues and objectives for each customer and defining programs to address these
Work with field force and business unit head to ensure appropriate and prioritized set of programs
Deliver aspects of pricing and reimbursement plan for brand
Implementation:

Lead successful implementation of cross-functionally aligned brand plan
Lead, organize and deliver local programs and materials
Effectively implement brand plans and materials developed by Regional marketing team, providing input and feedback to Regional marketing team
Ensure local approval of all materials, programs and projects
Coordinate with cross-functional team and FF, including gaining their input on brand plans and programs, providing appropriate responses to their feedback on brand materials and leveraging their market insights
Every program, project, action is planned and executed via ethical code and standards, SOPs and local guidelines
Brand knowledge training roll out:
Responsible for product trainings for field force

Responsible for product coaching for field force

Market / customer insights:

Participate in development of customer understanding, analysis and insight generation
Develop deep knowledge of market dynamics, needs and opportunities for the brand
Enable brand knowledge sharing
Network and build relationships with selected customers.
Monitoring and control:

Is responsible for management and measurement of overall investment and consequent returns, according to determined KPIs for own product and assigned portfolio, therapeutic area
Support delivery of P&Ls for assigned portfolio in country
Support achievement of KPIs through regular monitoring and assessments
Respond to emerging challenges with appropriate measures in collaboration with Regional brand teams
Collaboration:

Lead the work of cross-functional team for assigned portfolio
Drive portfolio-thinking and provide portfolio / brand expertise within country across stakeholders groups
Contribute to the work of cross-functional teams and collaborate across business to facilitate a cohesive approach to the marketing of products
Participate in cross-functional team with responsibility for generation of brand insights, prioritization and balancing of brand programs and brand-related customer programs and contribution to Customer focus thinking
In partnership with sufficient functions, share knowledge of local dynamics and insights on the brand with Regional Brand Management to enable development of core programs / material
Collaborate with customer teams to design brand-related customer interactions (e.g., KOL advisory board)
Flag issues promptly
Demonstrate appropriate knowledge and understanding of internal departments, key contacts, organizational structure and culture
Integrate portfolio and customer perspectives
Partner with Regional brand team to ensure visibility and connection with local market
Professional development:

Develop and execute individual development plan to enhance performance on the job
Create annual individual development plan (IDP) that identifies knowledge and skills gaps based on business and career goals
Achieve individual development plan

 

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:

University degree in Science, Health Sciences or Business
At least five years of pharmaceutical experience in the healthcare, pharmaceutical or related field, as appropriate to customer segment
Extensive brand management experience (or similar one) gained in product team environment
Technical marketing skills (needs, segmentation, SWOT analyses, creation of competitive strategies, risk assessment)
Understanding of: IQVIA, Headway, etc.
Excellent communication skills
Proficiency in Russian and English.
