Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering departments of a reputable university
- +6 years of industrial experience
- Excellent planning and coordination ability
- Ability to work in an international working environment
- Excellent command of English, Russian is a big plus
- Knowledge of MS Office applications
- Ability to work abroad and in a multi-cultural environment
- Ability to work well under pressure with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to interface with multiple parties, both internal and external
- Strong problem-solving skills
Job Description:
- Preparing and monitoring budget of the project
- Assigning and coordinating cost breakdown structure
- Communication with client regarding cost control reporting
- Preparing necessary reports according to top management's needs
- Preparing progress payment documents and monitoring progress payment situation
- Checking and monitoring subcontractor progress payments
