Ostrovok.ru is looking for a Corporate Development Manager.
Ostrovok.ru is a travel-tech company that creates platforms for online booking of hotels, air tickets and other services for both individual travelers and corporate clients and travel agencies. Company's brands: Ostrovok.ru, B2B.Ostrovok.ru, Ostrovok.ru Komandirovki. The company develop projects both in Russia and abroad.
You will play a crucial role in facilitating the Company's growth and efficiency improvements and creating shareholder value.
Main responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain complex financial models for budgeting, strategic planning, and operating projections
- Lead the preparation of high-impact materials for the executive team, board of directors, shareholders, investors, and other internal and external stakeholders
- Manage end-to-end M&A processes, including target identification, due diligence, negotiation, and management of internal workstreams
- Contribute to the implementation of business initiatives working closely with cross-functional teams
- Keep up-to-date industry knowledge, incl. valuation and operating benchmarking in online travel and general tech markets to inform strategic decisions
Requirements:
- At least two years of corporate finance experience in investment banking, management consulting, and business valuation
- Strong analytical skills and ability to understand key business drivers
- Advanced financial modeling experience
- High accountability and willingness to take ownership of workstreams
- Ability to distill complex concepts from many sources into simple, high-impact materials
- Excellent communication skills in English and Russian (verbal and written)
- Experience in the technology sector would be a plus
