В Skyeng открыта вакансия Corporate Development Manager.
Skyeng is a leading edtech platform in Eastern Europe, which is listed among TOP 20 companies of Russian Internet companies by Forbes and is growing by 100% every year.
Newly formed Skyeng Investment Department headed by ex-J.P. Morgan investment banker is looking for a strong candidate to join the team and participate in corporate finance projects related to fundraising, capital markets, M&A, market/equity research and investor relations. You will work closely with top-management and will lead strategic transformation of Skyeng as one of the most promising global EdTech players.
Tasks:
- Managing fundraising activities with top-tier investors;
- Playing key role in developing and implementing restructuring plans and strategies to improve the financial stability and performance of the company;
- Leading cross-functional teams to implement restructuring initiatives, manage project timelines, and monitor progress;
- Maintaining strong relationships with external advisors, such as legal counsel, financial advisors, and other experts;
- Preparing regular reports and presentations to provide updates on restructuring progress and performance to senior management and stakeholders;
- M&A deals execution: identification of targets, negotiations, Due Diligence, preparation of transaction materials, and management of internal workstreams;
- Financial modeling, critical assessment of projections, scenario analysis;
- Managing day-to-day communication with our top-tier investors;
- Leading select internal workstreams.
Your qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in Corporate Finance or with a relevant investment banking, PE / VC or management consulting background (Restructuring experience will be a plus);
- Deep understanding of financial modeling, valuation methods, and key metrics used in Tech industry;
- Strong leader with great skills in managing relevant stakeholders, internally and externally (track record of working with cross-functional teams will be a plus);
- Fluent English (verbal and written).
