Company is looking for team members who are aspiring a Banking career within the dynamic structure of bank and will serve as the “Corporate Banknig Department Head/Assistant Department Head”.
Job Description:
- Acquiring new customers in corporate and commercial segment, producing financial solutions for customer needs and developing them in line with the bank targets of the portfolio
- Contributing to the asset size and profitability of the bank in line with the budget of the department
- Analyzing the credibility of customers in line with the risk appetite, pricing, credit policy and procedures of the bank, supporting the preparation of the credit package
- Following up the financial status of customers and their ongoing transactions, detecting the early warning signals and taking the necessary actions
- Making the risk assessment on a transaction basis in line with the customer admission criteria of the bank (admissibility and quality of the transaction structure, the related parties such as suppliers, buyers, shipping agents, warehouses, insurance agents, physical flow of the shipping agents and goods) and receiving appropriate transactions and monitoring them
- Being responsible for classifying credit files/customer accounts in line with the bank policy and procedures and keeping them up-to-date
- Briefing about potential impacts by watching the developments in the market and legislation updates
Skills & Requirements:
- Holding a university degree (formal education)
- Experience in portfolio management in corporate Banking business line and in the respective area for minimum 7 years
- Willing to live abroad, ability to adapt quickly to change of countries and aspiring long term international career
- Speaking good level of English and preferably Russian
- Experience in corporate customer portfolio management experience
- Skilled in analytics and risk management including financial analysis and transaction restructuring and advanced reporting
- Command over MS Office and Outlook programmes
- Strong team player and self-confident in communication
- Strong communication, effective negotiation, skilled in speaking and presentation
