Holy Corn has rapidly transforming the snack category with better for you alternatives while successfully competing with traditional transnational brands. Company is about to embark on an exciting period of further growth in the existing category and expanding into new product categories and markets. As they scale, company is looking for a strategy and operations leader to help guide the team together with the CEO and senior leadership of Holy Corn.
You will join the Leadership team of Holy Corn and work with CIS business as well as in the future with global operations through the office in Singapore. You will partner with the CEO to develop and drive team performance across Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain and have a P&L responsibility. You will be in a unique position to work across a number of different functions and have a substantial impact on the top line and bottom line. Your success will be measured by ability to achieve global growth plans, achieve growth metrics, and make continuous improvements in strategy. 

 

What you’ll need:

  • Proven experience in a relevant role
  • Understanding of business functions such as sales, HR, finance, marketing etc and particular expertise in some of them
  • Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development
  • Experience in fundraising will be a plus
  • Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operations metrics
  • Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving
  • Company is looking for an empathetic, smart and curious individual who will together with the team improve the foundation and grow business in the CIS region first, and then internationally

  • Design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures
  • Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth
  • Establish policies that promote company culture and vision
  • Oversee daily operations of the company and the work of executives (Supply Chain, Marketing, Sales, Finance etc.)
  • Lead teams to encourage maximum performance and dedication
  • Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics
  • Assist CEO in fundraising activities
  • Participate in expansion activities and find new growth opportunities
  • Manage relationships with partners
  • Deliver growth targets

  • Experience in leading high growth teams: understanding of the processes and tools to deliver growth
