А privately owned international E-commerce company in the EdTech market is looking for a COO.
In this role, working closely with the founder, you will be responsible for the entire operational cycle of business management. You will implement KPIs for such functions as:
Marketing (launching a new brand on international markets and managing the client acquisition funnel, as well as working with existing customers). You will make decisions on the marketing tools, will be responsible for the client acquisition funnel, growth and analytics, recruiting and hiring employees/ agencies/free-lancers
Internet product (company website)
You will be responsible for the customer journey process, helping clients subscribe for our product, making the CJM as comfortable as possible
Investor relations will be started to grow the project further. This will be a priority for the founder, and this role will provide all the necessary support at any stage of the investment cycle (road show, analytics, etc.)
You will manage the project team, being responsible for its involvement, the overall team spirit and productive work, as well as growing employee motivation. The team will return to office work after the home office working period and will expand following the project growth
Being responsible for the overall project results, you will build and implement processes in the agile environment, structuring the workflow and introducing KPIs for more functions (production and supply chain, finance, HR, etc.)
And you will also determine the financial performance of the company and help the company build a new b2b sales channel
While the founder, as the project grows further, will be more involved in the development of new products, she will be able to fully rely on you as her «right hand»
Candidate:
Higher education. Finance, Business, Economics, etc.
Additional qualifications (MBA) are encouraged
Managing a team of ~20-100 people being responsible for the E-commerce (project/ business unit)
Internet marketing (e-commerce) experience. Knowledge of the digital marketing toolset across the entire customer acquisition funnel, growth, analytics. Recruiting and hiring employees/agencies/ freelancers in the marketing field. Understanding of the web site performance (the entire client path with multiple touch points)
Building efficient processes across various functional teams. Development of the employee motivation, effective management of distributed teams
