Responsibilities
Set functional goals and objectives aligned with the Company goals.
Plan, implement, timely adjust and drive the Human Capital & Operational Strategies via cross-functional projects.
Set highest people management standards by personal example.
Take responsibility of the Company’s finance: plan, budget, control, and mitigate risks.
Supervise and provide legal support for the Company initiatives.
Create and implement scalable functions and processes within the area of responsibility.
Determine and track on a regular basis metrics for subordinated functions providing sufficient transparency.
Requirements
Related managerial background of department level or higher over 5 years.
Strong soft skills & people-oriented culture.
Client & goal-oriented mindset with strong critical thinking approach.
Ability to build and motivate strong and self-sufficient teams.
Maturity, high standards of business ethics.
Proven track record and references.
