Kaspersky team is looking for a Content Strategy Team Lead (fixed term contract), who will play a crucial role in identifying opportunities for improvement across media campaign, websites, blogs, email, and in product messaging.
You will collaborate with marketing, SEO, media and social teams to identify content gaps and devise a plan to resolve any shortcomings. Additionally, you will work closely with the research, design, and conversion optimization teams to create engaging and compelling content that converts. As a team lead, you will be responsible for managing 3 content strategists and developing new ways of working to enhance collaboration and efficiency.
Main responsibilities:
- Collaborate with SEO, Brand, Marketing, and UX specialists to identify clear content goals and how to measure them
- Conduct content audits and gap analyses to synthesize findings into recommendations, tests, and actionable next steps
- Develop a strategic plan to ensure consistency in messaging from first point of contact through to renewal – covering PPC, landing pages, websites, in product messaging, emails
- Embrace being part of a cross functional customer centric team devoted to empowering the business to make good decision
- Interpret research findings to understand customer needs and motivation and develop content to speak to these
- Create a content development plan (including documentation, tracking, production management) and an editorial calendar based on strategic goals, business priorities, product launches, and other events
- Write project briefs for in-house copywriters, designers, and developers to complete work that aligns with your content strategy goals and vision
- Help define site mapping, user pathways, and information architecture, in collaboration with SEO, design, and others
- Work with analytics and research teams to measure content performance
- Provide content variations with specific performance measure for a/b testing
- Manage, guide and mentor a growing content strategy team
Main requirements:
- 5 or more years of user experience design experience for websites, software UI, mobile websites, apps – leveraging emerging technologies
- Experience with developing KPIs, dashboards and benchmark reports to measure content engagement success
- Fundamental understanding of Neuroscience, behavioral economics, and psychological persuasion as applied to web experiences
- Be metrics-driven, with a relentless focus on user experience and increasing site visits, search rankings and ROI
- Demonstrable track record of defining and executing highly effective content marketing programs
- Excellent storytelling, written and verbal communication skills
- Be a creative thinker with the ability to work under tight deadlines
- Ability to analyze data and research to drive user understanding and use this knowledge to develop content strategy
- Operate at both strategic and tactical levels
- Engage with and educate stakeholders to explain content strategy decisions
- Familiarity with component based design
- Knowledge of conversion testing techniques
- Knowledge of UX research methodologies

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing, journalism, English, communications or a related field
