Kimberly-Clark is searching for a Consumer value realization leader (Digital and commercial performance leader).
Role's mission:
- To increase all K-C brands penetration in households and sales by engaging consumers across points of receptivity and retention them during their life with multiple KC brands
- To leverage all data gathered from K-C internal resources and different external in order to build and implement the strategy of monetizing it to sales
- To drive efficiency via cost decrease through KC cross-branded scale development
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and operationally manage of comprehensive internal cross-functional work of Sales, Marketing, eCommerce, Trade marketing, Category Development teams to bring alive the set of activities focused to both consumers and shoppers of all K-C brands in order to get more sales through targeted 1:1 interaction
- Based on PESO strategy, realize all opportunities in 1-2-1 communication with consumers by leveraging al data sourcing available, eco-systems and super apps potential
- Manage all projects, related to One Family strategic approach with digital and media agencies (One Family CRM execution, communication strategy, consumer data gathering, enrichment and management, etc.)
- Cross-branded acquisition and trail programs development and implementation leading
- Lead K-C cross-branded activation plan internally and externally with retailers and agencies
- Lead instore execution and visualization (online & offline) of all K-C brands
- Consumer Value Realization approach deployment across all CEE markets and key participation into CVR capabilities building for EMEA and Global
- Area of responsibility – Russia and Central and Eastern Europe
- Subordination – eCommerce director Russia
Requirements:
- 10+ year background in FMCG
- Solid experience in eCommerce and digital performance marketing (Search, SMM, CRM, performance, DMP, CDP)
- Successful background in commercial department on КАМ, ADM, Business development manager roles
- English language level – Upper-Intermediate and higher
